Course Information

Currently, all 6th 7th and 8th graders are in Health/Fitness for one semester.
7th and 8th are able to take "Fun & Fitness" as an elective.

Block days will be split between Health and PE.
Wednesdays will be PE oriented.

Fitness activity will take place on second block day of each week (this could include fitness runs, mile run, pacer, relays, fitness games, etc.) Students will rotate through a variety of physical activities during the semester and we combine grade levels for square dance, fitness testing, fitness runs, and our end of the year pentathlon.  You can find all of the past record holders by clicking here.

All handouts and specific information about the Health Units can be accessed from this Health and Fitness page

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of us.
